Rates for Services
Typically, unless the parties agree otherwise, the costs of mediation and arbitration services are shared equally by the parties. Mediation services are provided at an hourly rate of $300.00 per hour. If more than 3 parties are involved, the rates may differ. Please contact us for those rates.
Arbitration services are provided at $300.00 per hour.
There are no hourly charges for administrative, secretarial or local travel time.
